Position Summary

Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, other organizations, or individuals.

This is a temporary role

Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities



  • Open A/P mail, stamp and distribute
  • Print invoices from "AP inbox", stamp and distribute
  • Scan invoices for A/P department
  • Enter US Service Orders and Journal Entries
  • Enter Canada Service Orders, PO's and Journal Entries
  • Balance invoices to Daily Report each day
  • Update spreadsheets for specific vendors and upload into DAX
  • Enter Canada Rents
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Create Freight Tax Report for Tax Compliance Manager
  • Invoice accruals
  • Filing of paperwork
  • Assist in any additional responsibilities, as directed by management.



Competency Requirements



  • Have a working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in accounting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)



Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements




  • High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
  • Minimum one to two years of experience with Accounts Payable



Physical Requirements



  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision for computer monitor.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $15.00 USD- $19.00 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
