Dataworks, the innovation and data monetization organization within FedEx, is seeking a Communications Lead to help shape how we tell our story internally and externally. This role will focus on product communications, stakeholder engagement, strategic storytelling, and brand-building initiatives that position DataWorks as a leader in transportation data innovation. This position will partner closely with the Communications Principal to develop compelling narratives around products, partnerships, innovation, and business impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong storytelling skills and can communicate complex concepts in a relatable and engaging way. Key Responsibilities

Domicile This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States, excluding AK, HI, and U.S. territories. However, if you live within the 50-mile radius of a campus, you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week. Compensation The compensation range for this role is $116,000 to $174,000 per year across the national market. Actual compensation may vary based on candidate qualifications, experience, geographic location, and business considerations.
