*Description*
This enterprise is looking for a Avaya Operations Manager that can work directly with the Sr. manager of Project delivery for the hospital merger. They are responsible to roll out EPIC and all supporting systems at the medical center. This person will be an Expert on Avaya Call Center and contact center specifically to manage this effort of understanding the call center environment and its operations around it. The Operations manager must have the experience around enterprise operations for an Avaya Call Center. Experience especially should be Contact Center operational experience, as an Ops Mgr, Supervisor, Reports Analyst, etc. Contact Center operational knowledge is more important than technical, but both would be excellent. Contact Center operations e.g., agent call handling, agent stats, call stats, forecasting, etc. It doesn't matter the tech to cisco but knowing Avaya would be preferred. Personnel handling inbound patient calls and how efficient they are at it. This person will interface heavily with all involved in this build. That means all internal management and teams consisting of Network, Network engineering, Telecom, server, switch, cabling, as well as the internal PMO and data center teams. They will interface with all levels of management, project team both internally and externally including all associated vendors. Some of the major responsibilities will be under the direction of the Operations Manager will conduct the following activities. They will handle all but not limited to deal with all internal and external teams involved. Handling reporting on progress and keeping all documents and operational procedures well documented. They should have a solid understanding on all infrastructure that is involved but doesn't need to be hands on. Other possible tasks: Support IT and staff readiness to provide the appropriate end-user training. Serves as liaison with vendors and H+H IT regarding Call center and contact center requirements. *Skills* project management/coordination, technical analyst, Ms project, Infrastructure, Avaya, Contact center, Operation, Operations management, Leadership communication, Operations analysis, Project management, Implementation, cisco, cabling, Stakeholder management, Healthcare, Pmp, Operational management, Management skills, Support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Need to be able to work with Executives as well as many IT groups and vendors. Should have some experience in Healthcare or at least enterprise environments. The candidate in this position should be comfortable communicating with all teams and administrators in clear non-technical terms and would be required to collect requirements and reporting, document scoping calls which can then be translated into technical solutions. It would be great if they come from the networking and infrastructure backgrounds but more importantly call center operations on Avaya. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
