*Administrative Support Specialist (Healthcare)* *Location:* Westminster, CO (Onsite)
*Type:* ContracttoHire We are seeking a highly organized and professional *Administrative Support Specialist* to provide direct support to senior leadership within a fastpaced healthcare environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of confidentiality. This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare administrative experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and missiondriven organization. *Position Overview* In this role, you will support the leadership team with a wide range of administrative and HRrelated responsibilities. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting staff processes, and maintaining compliance across the organization. *Key Responsibilities* *Administrative & Office Support* * Provide daytoday administrative support to senior leadership * Maintain and manage filing systems, internal documents, and staff records * Sort and distribute mail, scan and upload documents, and manage record tracking * Keep internal directories and physician/location information up to date * Travel between nearby office locations as needed (Westminster, Golden, Longmont, Louisville) *HR & Onboarding Support* * Assist with the hiring process, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews * Prepare onboarding materials and new hire packets * Track and manage employee records, reviews, and internal documentation * Manage staffing agency timesheets, ensuring accuracy and approvals * Support employee engagement initiatives such as staff appreciation programs *Compliance & Coordination* * Coordinate OSHA and HIPAA training for staff and ensure annual compliance * Track regulatory requirements (e.g., Hep B protocols) and ensure documentation is current * Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and organizational information * Identify issues proactively and support resolution in collaboration with leadership *Reporting & Operations* * Track and report on operational items such as noshows and staff milestones * Communicate updates to department managers and leadership as needed * Assist with various ad hoc administrative and operational projects *Qualifications* *Required* * Minimum *2 years of administrative experience* in a healthcare environment (or recent healthcare exposure) * At least *1 year of experience supporting HR or payroll functions* * High School Diploma or GED * Strong proficiency in *Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general computer systems* * Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills * Ability to *maintain strict confidentiality* and handle sensitive information * Strong interpersonal and communication skills *Preferred* * Bachelor's degree * Experience supporting onboarding or HR processes * Background in healthcare practice operations *Skills & Competencies* * Strong attention to detail and followthrough * Ability to work independently and support leadership with minimal direction * Critical thinking and problemsolving skills * Professional, polished communication style * Comfortable in a *fastpaced, highexpectation environment* * Adaptability and willingness to take on changing priorities *Work Environment* * Onsite role in a fastpaced healthcare office * Frequent interaction with physicians, leadership, and staff * Teamoriented, collaborative culture with high standards for performance * Requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities *Why This Role* * Opportunity to work closely with* *senior leadership and make a direct impact * Gain exposure to HR, compliance, and healthcare operations * Collaborative environment where your work supports patient care and organizational success * Strong opportunity for longterm stability *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
