Must have FINRA Series Licenses 7 & 63/66 Overview We are seeking a motivated Customer Solutions Specialist to join a growing financial services team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is ideal for individuals with active FINRA licensing who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and supporting advisors in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and advisors, assisting with insurance-related inquiries, account updates, and problem resolution while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound calls related to insurance products, account inquiries, and web portal support * Assist clients and advisors with account updates and system navigation * Provide guidance on insurance products, forms, policies, and procedures * Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and internal teams to resolve issues * Partner with Quality Management to address and resolve escalated client concerns * Conduct detailed, thoughtful problem-solving to determine the best outcome for clients * Follow up with clients to provide updates and ensure resolution of service requests * Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client and advisor interactions Required Qualifications * Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 license * Minimum 1 year of financial services experience * 1+ year of contact center or call center experience * Life & Health Insurance License OR willingness to obtain within 180 days of hire * BrokerCheck verification required * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multitask and manage work in a structured environment Work Environment * Hybrid schedule: * Monday & Friday: Remote * Tuesday - Thursday: On-site (Fort Worth, TX) * Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start times available) * 9-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch * Collaborative, service-driven team environment Additional Benefits: * 7% performance-based bonus * 15% ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) * Strong career growth potential within financial services * Opportunity to further develop licensing and industry expertise #westpriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
