Job Type: Full-Time | Contract
Schedule: Flexible Days/Extended Hours (Weekends Included)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting at Branch Health Clinic, Boone. This is a mission-essential role supporting military healthcare operations in a structured, team-driven environment.

Schedule & Work Hours
  • Clinic Hours: Monday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs
  • Weekend and holiday shifts may be required
  • Clinic remains open on select federal holidays (MLK Day, Presidents Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day)
  • No telework - onsite clinical role only
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of a State Board-approved LPN/LVN program or equivalent military training

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in an outpatient, ambulatory, or acute care setting within the last 2 years

  • Licensure: Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (any U.S. state/territory accepted)

  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required

  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care following established clinical protocols
  • Triage patients, take vital signs, and document medical histories
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments
  • Assist providers with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing
  • Monitor and document patient status, reporting any changes
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care instructions
  • Support clinic workflow, patient throughput, and care coordination
