Shift:12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

This Production Associate job in Frankfort is made for people who like to stay busy and build something real. You'll learn fast, move fast, and stack that pay every week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Operate material handling equipment as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Ensure machine guards and safety features are functioning properly
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain housekeeping and general maintenance within the work area
• Follow work location rules, procedures, and operational standards
• Complete assignments and production tasks as directed by supervisors

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Steel toe shoes required
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Your Shift on the Floor
