Job Description General Summary: The Project Management and Strategic Operations Director leads large-scale, high-value CMC programs end to end, setting a high standard for decision quality, governance, risk management, and execution. This role combines deep program management discipline, technical and business judgment, and strong stakeholder leadership to drive planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement across the function. The Director also coaches teams, strengthens project management capability, and serves as a trusted partner on complex internal and external programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Leads program initiation, planning, governance, execution, and performance tracking across complex strategic programs. Oversees scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and resource alignment to ensure delivery of business value. Provides direction to workstream leads and project managers, resolves escalated issues, supports sound decision-making in ambiguity, and helps ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards and objectives.

#LI-BS1 Pay Range: $185,400 - $278,200Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.
