Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

*Owns and drives the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with corporate priorities.*

Serves as a strategic advisor to senior executives on workforce planning, talent market insights, and recruiting effectiveness.

*Anticipates future talent needs and proactively shapes the workforce planning process to meet long-term goals.

*Leads, develops, and mentors regional and functional TA leaders and teams.

* Fosters a high-performance, inclusive culture centered on innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
* Builds a succession-ready leadership pipeline within the Talent Acquisition function.
* Oversees the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable recruiting processes, systems, and tools.
* Establishes and monitors global KPIs, performance metrics, and SLAs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
* Ensures full utilization of ATS and technology platforms to drive automation and insights.
* Partners with senior business leaders and HR to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
* Drives strategic partnerships with DE&I, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, and Total Rewards teams.
* Serves as the voice of talent acquisition in cross-functional leadership forums.
* Leads a data-driven approach to monitor talent trends, program effectiveness, and ROI.
*Translates data insights into action plans that improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Keeps current on industry trends, emerging practices, and technology to enhance the candidate experience and optimize talent sourcing.
* Cultivates external partnerships, networks, and employer brand presence to enhance talent attraction.
* Manages global TA budgets and ensures adherence to hiring compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
* Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct in all recruitment practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

*Proven success leading large-scale, global recruiting organizations.*

Deep knowledge of recruitment technology, metrics, and best practices.

* Strong business acumen, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

*Demonstrated ability to lead through change and scale recruitment in high-growth environments.

* Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry, preferred
* Experience supporting both clinical and corporate business functions, preferred
* Global recruitment experience with multicultural team leadership, preferred

Salary Range:

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
