Job Description We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Director to join the North America (NA) Visa Direct FP&A Team. This role will lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis (end to end, full P&L), including performance diagnostics, budgeting, forecasting, multi-year strategic planning, and executive-level reporting. The Director will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy by synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and presenting clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. This role is closely aligned with Visa Direct's growth strategy, including diversification of use cases, expansion of cross-border capabilities, and scaling of new and existing programs. As the business continues to grow, this role will lead forecasting and analytics efforts across a broad and expanding set of stakeholders, including Product, Account Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams supporting NA Visa Direct. The Director will also play a key role in shaping program-level reporting, improving visibility into cross-border performance, and driving consistency across new and evolving business models. This position is responsible for driving financial rigor, accuracy, and transparency across planning and reporting processes, while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The role will report to the NA CMS FP&A Head and is expected to elevate forecasting precision, enhance driver-based modeling, and support the continued expansion of a critical pillar within Visa's Commercial Solution business. This is a hybrid position to be located in our San Francisco Office Location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $170,700.00 to $ 273,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
