COMPLAINT & PRICING SPECIALIST - Temporary

Temporary position during a leave of absence. No benefits are given for this assignment.

TITLE: Complaint & Pricing Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position exists to complete the complaint process and pricing entry during a leave of absence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process customer complaints from initial stage to completion. Enter price adjustments when market changes.
• Will be trained by incumbent
• Accountable for assigned job tasks and projects

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Hybrid - work-from-home three days per week
