Description The Closing Disclosure Centralized Review Analyst is responsible for validating and reviewing disclosures for closed retail mortgage loans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This role focuses heavily on nonnumeric review, recording fee reconciliation, and verifying that all required information was properly disclosed and supported by documentation. This position operates in a fastpaced, operationsdriven office environment, where productivity is tracked hourly and attention to detail is critical. The ideal candidate is curious, efficient, and comfortable researching discrepancies while maintaining quality and production standards. Internal training is provided, and the role is wellsuited for both operations professionals and entrylevel candidates/new graduates. Key Responsibilities Review and validate closing disclosures for closed retail mortgage loans Reconcile recording fees, identify variances, and ensure discrepancies are resolved or properly documented Perform detailed review of nonnumeric disclosure data to ensure accuracy and correct presentation Confirm required information was disclosed correctly and supported by appropriate documentation Validate supporting materials, including (but not limited to): Credit reports Closing documentation Recording and fee-related documents Research issues, inconsistencies, or missing information and take appropriate corrective action Document findings clearly and accurately within internal systems Support smaller disclosurerelated processes as assigned Maintain quality and productivity expectations in a timetracked operations environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.41/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
