*Position Overview* We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable *Product Specialist* to support and grow our *Climate Control product line*. This role combines *sales, customer relationship management, and operational coordination* to deliver best-in-class service to contractor and commercial customers.
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing sales opportunities, supporting rentals, and acting as a *technical advisor* to both customers and internal teams. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop *new business opportunities* within assigned territory * Promote additional sales to *existing customers* * *Conduct independent sales calls*, as well as ride-alongs with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Territory Managers (TMs) * Travel to customer sites for *sales meetings and product training* (limited to 2 trainings per customer annually) * Attend *trade shows and networking events* * Ensure *high customer satisfaction* across equipment sales, rentals, and service * Follow up on all sales and maintain strong *long-term relationships* * *Act as a technical advisor* to customers and internal teams * Communicate delivery timelines with *Inside Sales, Rental, and Service Teams* * *Maintain and update CRM databases* of prospects and customers * Track leads and manage pipeline activity through calls, emails, and in-person visits * Prepare accurate *quotes and sales contracts*, including margin calculations and fees * Complete all required documentation (call logs, expense reports, sales reports, etc.) * Ensure all orders include *complete stock and serial numbers* * *Collect deposits and assist with financing arrangements* * *Notify leadership of deals exceeding $50,000* * Collaborate with Credit Manager regarding *customer financial risk* * *Ensure compliance with credit limits and approval processes* * Maintain company vehicle per guidelines * Follow proper procedures in the event of an accident *Required Qualifications* * High school diploma required; *college degree preferred* * *Minimum 2 years of experience* in contractor equipment sales or project-based environments * Strong proficiency in *Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)* * *Ability to perform business math calculations* (contracts, margins, fees) * Excellent *organizational and time management skills* * *Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities* *Work Environment* * Based out of *Oshkosh, WI* with statewide travel * Occasional overnight travel (*1-2 nights per month*) * Collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong support network *Compensation & Growth* * *Uncapped earning potential* * *Year 2 compensation structure: 70% base / 30% commission* * *Opportunity to grow within a fastest-growing business segment* *Employee Value Proposition (EVP)* * Join a *family-owned company* with strong tenure and minimal micromanagement * Be part of a *high-growth division* with strong market demand * Autonomy in managing your territory and building relationships * Direct impact on business growth and customer success *Why This Role is Open* This position is open due to *business growth and increased demand*, requiring additional support to expand the Climate Control product line. *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
