What You Will Do: As the Vice President of Category Management for Fragrance, you are responsible for creating and deploying the 3-year strategy and frame for the fragrance category across all Luxe brands. Leveraging our multi-faceted portfolio, you will also manage our go-to-market execution, driving category transformation and unlocking sustainable growth in partnership with multidisciplinary teams. By synthesizing deep consumer insights, financial rigor, and high-impact commercial strategies, you will translate multi-brand portfolios into compelling local stories, optimizing yearly activation plans to fuel outstanding market-share gains. 1.
