Location: Medical Center Office Building (901 7th Ave)Department: Pediatric Precision Health ProgramShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Director of Precision Medicine is the enterprise-wide authority responsible for the vision, operational execution, and clinical integration of the Precision Medicine core at Cook Children's Health Care System. The Director leads the translation of genomics and molecular discoveries into personalized, evidence-based pediatric care by overseeing a sophisticated portfolio that includes precision clinics, variant science, pharmacogenomics, and innovative precision therapies including n of 1 gene therapy trials. Reporting to the AVP, Pediatric Precision Health Program (PPHP), the Director leads multidisciplinary teams to establish specialized clinics and integrate biomarker-driven testing into standard clinical practice, ensuring the enterprise remains at the forefront of gene-informed medicine and large-scale genomic screening.
