This role supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of educational programs that promote clinical competence, safe practice, and professional growth across the organization. Working under the guidance of senior educators and department leadership, the Specialist 1 applies Association of Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) competencies to facilitate learning, support practice transitions, and contribute to regulatory and quality initiatives.
