Role Description & Responsibilities:

As a Partner Manager (PM) specializing in DELMIA Manufacturing Solutions, you are the primary driver of growth within a dedicated network of 7 manufacturing-focused partners. Your mission is to lead, coach, and transform these partners to achieve sustainable revenue growth across the DELMIA product portfolio - including Apriso, Ortems, Digital Manufacturing, and Quintic solutions. You will ensure our partners are fully aligned with the Dassault Systemes strategy to deliver the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to manufacturing clients.

  • Pipeline Management: Drive lead generation and manage the partner sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent quota attainment across the DELMIA portfolio.
  • Partner Enablement: Ensure all 7 manufacturing partners are fully trained and certified on the DELMIA product suite within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with Dassault Systemes DELMIA technical experts and manufacturing industry teams to support partners in complex Sell-With closing opportunities.
  • Business Transformation: Guide partners through the transition from On-Premise legacy models to Cloud/SaaS recurring revenue models for DELMIA solutions.
  • Relationship Continuity: Manage a seamless handoff from the incumbent PM, maintaining trust and momentum with all 7 existing manufacturing partners.

  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing operations, execution systems, or production planning. Familiarity with DELMIA Apriso, Ortems, Digital Manufacturing, or Quintic is strongly preferred.
  • Solution Mindset: Proven ability to sell complex, high-value software solutions to C-Level and VP-level manufacturing executives.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to influence and motivate external partner organizations without direct hierarchical authority.
