TEMP Programs & Services Scheduling Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support the scheduling and coordination of service delivery programs for Laerdal customers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by coordinating service schedules, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting the successful execution of services. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service aligned with Laerdal's mission and values.

This role is a full-time temporary, (approximately) 3 month assignment.

Responsibilities:

Service Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate and maintain service delivery calendars for field team members (ESS, FSE, and others as assigned)
  • Assign the most qualified available resources to scheduled service events
  • Ensure all logistics, materials, and resources are in place for successful service execution

Customer Communication & Experience

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduled services, updates, and changes
  • Serve as a primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the service delivery process

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Respond to and troubleshoot customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Escalate urgent or complex issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
  • Maintain professionalism and clarity in all communications

Operational Excellence & Data Integrity

  • Maintain accurate scheduling, customer, and service data in Salesforce and related systems
  • Support adherence to KPIs related to service delivery quality and efficiency
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of program materials and kits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to remain composed under pressure

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, but not limited to; the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, location, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
