Member Service Representative *Location:* Pensacola, FL (Hybrid Schedule)
*Job Type:* Contract-to-Hire (6 months) *Pay:* $17.50/hour *Start Date:* July 13, 2026 About the Role We are seeking Member Service Representatives to support a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. In this role, you will assist members with consumer loan inquiries and financial products while delivering exceptional customer service in a structured, performance-driven setting. You'll handle back-to-back calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide accurate, compliant support to ensure a positive member experience. Training Schedule *July 13 - August 7, 2026* * Monday - Friday * 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST * Attendance is required Available Shifts (After Training) Candidates must be available to work either *Monday-Saturday OR Sunday-Friday*, with shifts falling between *12:00 PM - 9:30 PM EST*. Schedules include a fixed day off and one rotating day. *Current shift options include:* * 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM * 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM * 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM * 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM * 1:30 PM - 11:00 PM * 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM * 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM * 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM * 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM (Shift availability may vary slightly based on business needs) Key Responsibilities * Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls * Assist members with consumer loans, accounts, and financial inquiries * Process transactions related to loans, deposits, and credit accounts * Provide accurate information in compliance with policies and regulations * Use active listening and problem-solving skills to resolve member concerns * Navigate multiple systems while maintaining strong attention to detail * Recommend relevant products and services based on member needs * Accurately document all interactions * Adhere to strict schedules, including assigned breaks and meals Required Qualifications * 1-2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment * Experience in call centers, banking/financial services, administrative support, or high-volume retail * Ability to handle back-to-back calls and meet performance metrics * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy * Experience working in structured, schedule-driven environments * Ability to multitask across multiple systems while on calls * Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence * Reliable attendance and adherence to strict schedules Preferred Qualifications * Experience with consumer loans or financial products * Contact center experience supporting financial accounts * Background in mortgage, banking, or credit services * Administrative or receptionist experience * Sales mindset with the ability to identify needs and recommend solutions Work Environment & Schedule * Hybrid work environment (location requirement applies) * 24/7/365 contact center operation * Must maintain a 9.5-hour daily availability window * Handle back-to-back calls for extended periods (up to 4 hours) * Work in a highly structured, monitored, performance-driven environment Compliance Requirements Must be able to pass: * Background check * Credit check * FBI fingerprinting * Employment and education verification Additional Information * Start Date: *July 13, 2026* * *Must meet internet requirements (reliable, hardwired connection preferred)* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
