What You'll Do As a Member Experience Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for members and providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. * Handle 50-60 inbound calls daily * Assist with claims, benefits, and eligibility inquiries * Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication * Navigate multiple systems to resolve concerns efficiently * Maintain exceptional customer service standards What We're Looking For * Call center experience (required) - any industry * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume * Reliable, professional, and customer-focused mindset * Healthcare experience is a plus (not required!)
