Here, your voice is heard, your ideas matter, and your impact is visible. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing a variety of interior and exterior building components while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism. This role requires the ability to interpret construction documents, work collaboratively with other trades, and deliver quality work that meets project specifications, schedules, and applicable building codes. Responsibilities
- Install interior and exterior finish components, including:
- Doors, frames, and door hardware
- Windows and glazing support trim
- Cabinetry, shelving, countertops, and accessories
- Baseboards, crown molding, decorative trim, and millwork
- Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP) using proper adhesives and finishing techniques
- Wind-rated, impact-resistant, and specialty finish panels as specified
- Perform layout, framing, installation, and finishing of wood, metal, and composite building materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and field instructions.
- Accurately measure, cut, fit, and install construction materials according to project requirements.
- Install and repair drywall, patch wall systems, and perform general carpentry repairs as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure finished products meet visual and structural standards.
- Ensure all work complies with ADA requirements, NFPA standards, local building codes, and federal specifications.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project schedules and productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and job site logistics as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or residential carpentry, construction, or related trades.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, building materials, and installation techniques.
- Experience with:
- Stud framing
- Finish carpentry
- Drywall installation and repair
- Cabinetry and millwork installation
- Doors, frames, and hardware
- Trim and molding installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
- Experience working on federal, government, healthcare, education, or commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with ADA compliance requirements and NFPA standards.
- Trade school, apprenticeship, or vocational training in carpentry or construction.
- Forklift, aerial lift, or scaffold certifications.

Compensation is based off Davis Bacon Wages. Compensation:
- Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rate: $36.80/hour base wage
- Fringe Benefits: $26.12/hour
- Total Prevailing Wage Package: $62.92/hour
