WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Digital Experience Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, improving, and helping execute enhancements across digital platforms. This role translates customer behavior, business needs, and performance data into actionable recommendations while actively supporting delivery of initiatives, vendor evaluations, and digital roadmap execution. This position serves as the critical connector between business strategy, user experience, and technology delivery, ensuring digital solutions are practical, user-centered, and aligned to measurable outcomes. This role requires hands-on experience working within and supporting digital platforms and member-facing applications-not just documenting requirements, but understanding how platforms function, how users experience them, and how changes are implemented.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm with additional hours as needed at our Burnsville Administrative Office location; exempt.

In addition:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with digital platforms, mobile applications, and member-facing portals, including hands-on experience of member-facing functionality and enhancements.
  • Demonstrated experience working with digital platforms, mobile applications, and member-facing portals, including handson support of customer-facing functionality and enhancements.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, including hands-on participation in sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
  • Experience with online account opening, application, or onboarding systems, including understanding of end-to-end application behavior and performance.
  • Experience supporting member experience platforms such as self-service tools and digital workflows that enable servicing, engagement, and transaction activity.
  • Strong ability to map, analyze, and diagnose digital application flows, including:
    • Start-to-completion journeys
    • Decision points and user paths
    • Drop-offs, abandonment, and error states
    • Failure scenarios within workflows
  • Proven ability to identify and improve:
    • Inefficient or broken flows
    • High-friction steps
    • User confusion or usability issues
  • Solid understanding of how digital platforms integrate with:
    • Core banking systems
    • Loan/account origination platforms
    • CRM and customer data systems
  • Practical awareness of data flows and dependencies across integrated systems, including how upstream/downstream issues impact the user experience.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, making sound decisions and adjusting quickly as needed.
  • Strong skills in planning, project coordination, and execution support, with the ability to contribute across multiple initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and design practical, implementable solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely, as well as translate between business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including participation in team, committee, and task force environments.
  • Ability to understand and apply credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including interpreting both written and verbal guidance and working through complex or abstract scenarios.
  • Maintains awareness of enterprise compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML) obligations, and follows internal policies and escalation protocols as applicable.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.

The salary range for this position is $73,500.00 to $91,500.00 per year. In addition, we offer:
