Intern (Summer 2026)

Our ERFC site is searching for a Summer 2026 Intern. The intern will assist all departments with day-to-day business duties and administrative support with a specific on learning the ins and outs of industry/business.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Offer administrative support on day-to-day operations.

• Respond independently and accurately to a variety of inquiries from employees and managers.

• Provide a high degree of customer service and employee focus while demonstrating sensitivity to each individual's questions or concerns.

• Perform various tasks and assist with projects as they arise, being flexible to changing focuses.

• Respond to employee informational requests

• Help with company and department events

• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.

• Performing other job related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess outstanding people skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good oral communication, organization, and planning skills

• Creative personality that shows adaptability to changing project scopes

• Work well under pressure and under tight deadlines
