TTM strives to invest in our team members at all levels - starting on your first day. To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

Scope:

Reconciliation of Quality Deliverables against all procurement requirements prior to product shipment.

This position trains on 1st shift for 90 days.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Validate production traveler to boards, Boards to blueprint, Blueprint to specification(s)

  • Generate a C of C (Certificate of Compliance) with correct supporting information

  • Serial Number flow down of boards that will be shipped

  • Verify Electrical Test Certification with correct supporting information including serial number flow down form if applicable.

  • Extract all Material Certification for all materials that were used to manufacture of product

  • Validate FAI (Dimensional Report including hole size, thickness and bow and twist is present)

  • Confirm Cleanliness Requirement (Ionic Test Compliance Report)

  • Confirm Final Surface Finish Requirements (XRF Compliance Report)

  • Microsection Report and mounts if applicable

  • Rohs Certification if applicable

  • Impedance Test Requirements (TDR Compliance Report if applicable)

  • Reliability Testing Requirements (D-Coupon, CITS, IST, Compliance Report if applicable)

  • QCIR (Quality Control Inspection Report) is completed

  • Other - Specific Special Requirements are included (Customer check list, Outside Lab, Approval to Ship, etc.)

These specific items do not describe the total expectations of the position, they are the basic duties of the position.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to read and understand requirements of procurement documentation:

    • Purchase Order

    • SOW (Statement of Work)

    • Customer Supplied Blueprint

    • Customer Specification

    • Industry Standards

  • Ability to identify and report discrepancies that are encountered specifying what the discrepancy is not in compliance with.

  • Ability to work with basic instruction to achieve productivity

  • Ability to read, write, understand and speak English to be able to perform above function with basic computer skills

  • Ability to work necessary overtime to support departmental demands (daily as well as weekends)

  • Cooperative with the ability to work under pressure without jeopardizing integrity

Education and Experience:

  • Ability to read, write and speak in English

  • Ability to read and understand all documentation required for the position

  • Print handwriting must be legible

  • Basic computer, math and problem-solving skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$45,934 - $72,605

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
