Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, NE Electric, the Executive Assistant provides high-level executive support in a one-on-one working relationship, serves as the primary point of coordination for the executive assistants supporting NE Electric, and works closely with the President's Executive Assistant to ensure alignment across the broader leadership team. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and meticulous organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Salary $95,000 - $105,000 a year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
