Description

Markon is seeking a Radio Frequency Wideband Subject Matter Expert Level 3 to support the Fort Meade customer by providing technical expertise in radio communications collection and exploitation systems. This role supports the engineering, integration, analysis, testing, and sustainment of mission-critical SIGINT collection capabilities, with a focus on wideband communications exploitation systems. This role works closely with operational and engineering teams to enhance collection effectiveness, support mission requirements, and advance communications exploitation capabilities.



Responsibilities

    Provide engineering and technical support for SIGINT radio communications collection systems
  • Support the integration, testing, operation, and sustainment of communications exploitation platforms
  • Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve mission effectiveness
  • Support collection, processing, and exploitation activities involving wideband communications systems
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders to develop technical solutions and capabilities
  • Develop technical documentation, reports, and briefings related to system performance and mission support activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, software, and communications issues
  • Support modernization and lifecycle management initiatives for SIGINT collection platforms
  • Participate in technical reviews, system evaluations, and mission planning activities


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph with this Customer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Intelligence Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university
  • 17 years of experience supporting SIGINT radio communications collection systems
  • 12 years of experience supporting wideband communications exploitation systems such as GLAIVE, TIDYTIPS, Ship Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE-INC E/F), or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of SIGINT collection architectures, communications systems, and exploitation methodologies
  • Experience supporting operational mission environments and technical system integration activities
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic mission environment
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Fort Meade SIGINT missions and collection operations
  • Familiarity with modern communications exploitation technologies and collection platforms
  • Experience supporting system engineering, requirements development, and technical modernization efforts
  • Knowledge of RF signal processing, communications protocols, and collection methodologies


Salary Range

USD $225,000.00 - USD $240,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
