We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates who would like to join our production team in our Buckeye, AZ location!
New employees can earn 55K in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 40-50 hour work week. This includes the base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses. There are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses and mentoring incentives. Position is full-time with benefits! 1st Shift 8 hour shift schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM 9 hour shift schedule: Monday - Thursday Day shift - 5:00 AM - 2:30 AM Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30PM Mandatory alternating Saturdays Day shift - 5:00 AM - 1:30PM *Must be able to work all shift schedules ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures. Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications. Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling. Operate 1 machine (Stud machine, Bridging Stacker, Stacker and Painters). Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required. | |
