Primary Purpose

Bright Horizon's is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our CustomerRelationship Marketing(CRM)Team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and willbe responsible forsupportingthe execution ofmarketinginitiativesthat target Bright Horizon's clientemployees and center families. This individual will focus on the implementation of marketing and communication strategies to promote the use of Bright Horizonsservices.

This is a hybrid positionrequiring3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA.

What you will be doing:

  • Support executionand implementation of customer email campaigns to drive registrations andutilizationof Bright Horizons benefits
  • Partner with CRM team to create suite ofcollateral templates andcustomized print and digitalmarketing communications for promotingBright Horizons benefits to our customers
  • Gather performance data for email campaigns and journeys;participatein data reviews with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Develop positive ongoing relationships withpeers and partners; workingclosely with Creative Services, Marketing Automation,and Product Marketing teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degreerequired- in marketing or related field preferred
  • 1-2yearsof experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of CRM or email marketingexperience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated
  • Detail-oriented withhigh standardsforquality. Strong organizational skillsrequired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting
  • Willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of an evolving andfast growingmarketing organization
  • Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing tools, and HTML print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction a plus.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and providing creative direction/feedback preferred

Compensation:

Theannual salaryfor this position is between$64,000-$74,000.The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faithanticipatesoffering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
