Business Development Officer - Government/Federal Contracts Rockville, MD (hybrid) Pay From: $225,000 per year MUST: Experienced BD professional - Federal Government Contracts 15+ years professional experience 10+ years of experience within the government contracting field generating high revenue contracts Identifying and winning new contracts Experience leading staff and working hand in hand with executive staff Creating business development plans and assisting with creating a business strategy of company Qualifying potential leads and opportunities Submitting proposals Creating detailed business development reports for the executive staff Ability to provide detailed win sheets with dollar values Project Management skills DUTIES: The duties of the Business Development Officer - Government Contracts duties include but are not limited to the following Identify and submit proposals for new business Lead staff Manage projects Create business development plans Assist with creating business strategies for the company Lead staff and working hand in hand with executive staff Qualify potential leads and opportunities Submit proposals Create detailed business development reports for executive staff Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
