Description Creation of business critical dashboards for multiple departments. Transformation of data needed for the dashboards. Ensuring proper security models for dashboards as these will contain sensitive, high priority data Development of new visualizations Maintenance of existing dashboards etc., Validation of access, working with and communicating with project lead. Experience and in-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and architectures (strong Tableau experience) - Extensive experience interpreting functional needs - Extensive experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions with users and documenting requirements. - Business intelligence design of complex systems projects. - Extensive experience with Tableau design and development. Collaborate with Business Intelligence/Analytics data analysts regarding business and data requirements, and iteratively designs visualizations for initial concepts and prototypes that can be presented to customers for feedback and later productionized Perform detailed data analysis (i.e., determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples) * Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, business partners, or leaders. * Understand and analyze the data to find patterns and valuable business insights * Deliver dashboards to Business team in a timely manner Skills Tableau, Sql, Power bi, Visualization, Reporting Top Skills Details Tableau,Sql,Power bi,Visualization Additional Skills & Qualifications Very strong communication skills- ideally experience navigating an enterprise level organization Familiarity within M&B would be a plus Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.
