Job Description




As a Security Officer Front Lobby Coordinator in DALLAS, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a luxury retail location as a Front Desk professional, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting security-related operations. In this stationary role, you will greet visitors, manage access, observe activity, and communicate clearly with staff and guests. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a luxury retail location.
  • Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials and/or appointments, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, management, and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Support a professional front-of-house environment by answering questions, providing directions, and reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and other unusual conditions.
  • Complete required reports, logs, and other documentation related to incidents, visitor activity, and daily front desk operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
