The Sales Support Representative is accountable to provide an exceptionallevel of customer service to assigned customer accounts (domestic and/or export) while working closely with sales to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met. Qualifications
Work Environment The incumbent will work in an open office environment as a member of a team of customer service representatives supporting both domestic and export customers. The position involves a great deal of telephone and e-mail contact with customers and internal Vitro contacts (e.g. sales, manufacturing plants, production planning, and transportation). Functional and Technical Skills: Requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, prioritization, problem solving, conflict resolution, and suggestive selling skills
