Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Low-Voltage Integrated Security Superintendent to lead field execution for mission-critical security system deployments within data center and advanced technology environments (e.g., semiconductor facilities). This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of installation, coordination, commissioning, and documentation of integrated security systems, ensuring alignment with strict general contractor standards and project delivery expectations. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, field leadership, and process discipline, with a heavy emphasis on pre-task planning, execution quality, and commissioning at Level 3-4 standards. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Execution Lead and manage field teams responsible for installation of integrated security systems Oversee labor, material, and task management to ensure productivity, cost control, and schedule adherence Coordinate daily site activities with general contractors and other trades Conduct site walks and pre-task planning meetings as required by GC and project standards Drive accountability across crews, subcontractors, and vendors Systems Installation & Integration Oversee deployment and integration of: Access Control Systems CCTV / Camera Systems Intrusion Detection (Bosch preferred) Ensure installations meet project specifications, security standards, and regulatory requirements Troubleshoot and resolve field issues related to system integration and performance Commissioning & Turnover Lead and support Level 3 to Level 4 commissioning activities on major projects Coordinate testing, validation, and system turnover to client stakeholders Ensure all systems are fully functional, documented, and compliant prior to handoff Project & Process Management Develop, manage, and maintain: Material tracking logs Manpower allocation plans Installation and commissioning schedules Ensure accurate documentation of all processes, installations, and changes Support RFIs, change orders, and project reporting requirements Required Qualifications Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience with: Access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems Experience working with or integrating: SeCore Honeywell Pro-Watch Lenel S2 Bosch Intrusion Systems Solid understanding of low-voltage infrastructure, system architecture, and integration workflows Commissioning Experience Proven experience performing or leading Level 3-Level 4 commissioning Familiarity with commissioning protocols in data centers or similar high-availability environments Field & Construction Leadership Demonstrated experience managing labor, materials, and project execution on large-scale jobs Strong background working with general contractors on structured, compliance-driven job sites Experience in data center, semiconductor, or other mission-critical environments strongly preferred Process & Documentation Strong ability to build, track, and maintain structured documentation Experience managing: Field processes Installation workflows Project reporting systems Critical Success Factors Strong emphasis on pre-task planning and site readiness Ability to operate within highly structured GC environments with strict expectations Exceptional organizational and communication skills Proactive problem-solving and ability to drive execution in the field Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification Experience working on hyperscale data center builds Exposure to commissioning frameworks and QA/QC processes in critical environments Work Environment Primarily on-site at construction/project locations Fast-paced, high-accountability environment with strict deadlines May require travel depending on project demands Skills cctv systems, Access Control, Door Contacts, Camera Installation, Data Center Integration, intrusion systems, helix project, Pro Core, Documentation, Planning, Task Management, pre task plan, semiconductor, Spreadsheets, SeCore Software, Honeywell Pro Watch, Bosch Intrusion Systems Top Skills Details cctv systems,Access Control,Door Contacts,Camera Installation,Data Center Integration,intrusion systems,helix project,Pro Core,Documentation,Planning,Task Management,pre task plan Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with or integrating: SeCore Honeywell Pro-Watch Lenel S2 Bosch Intrusion Systems Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.
