As a Hand Solder Operator II, you will play a critical role in assembling and soldering electronic components using both Through-Hole and Surface Mount Technologies (SMT). APPLY TODAY Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of experience in hand-soldering Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies What Sets You Apart: Active IPC J-STD-001 Certification or minimum of 1 year of experience with soldering in Collins IPC-A-610 Certification Experience with soldering jumper wire on Printed Circuit Board Assembly ESD Training Knowledge of ISO9001 and IPC Standards. Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team member. Self-motivated, ability to work independently and quickly with a high degree of accuracy Ability to read procedures and interpret visual aids. Basic computer skills, problem solving and workstation skills. Experience with high-volume work. Must have the ability to operate in a multi-tasking, highly dynamic work environment.
