We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive cultural initiatives, talent development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

This role currently supports the North America Product Development & Technology (PDT) organization; however, this posting may also be used to identify candidates for future HRBP Manager opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with leaders to implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives, focusing on cultural development and operational excellence
  • Provide hands-on HR support in areas such as employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and talent development
  • Partner with leadership to drive resource planning efforts, including organizational design, job evaluation, and workforce planning
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements
  • Coach and guide managers in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Support and execute talent management and succession planning processes to meet organizational needs and ensure a robust talent pipeline
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to enhance strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and learning and development
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs that address business needs and improve leadership capabilities
  • Promote and support initiatives that enable a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Serve as a liaison between the HR function and business units, effectively communicating HR strategies, policies, and processes
  • Contribute to HR and cross-functional special projects as assigned


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or generalist in increasingly responsible roles
  • Manufacturing plant HR experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR and talent alignment initiatives, including performance management, organizational planning, and leadership development
  • Ability to partner with leadership and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
