Job Description

About The Position:

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Support development and execution of monthly marketing plans aligned with Better Homes & Gardens priority products and Walmart marketing calendar

  • Coordinate digital, social, newsletter, commerce and print marketing deliverables across internal teams

  • Assist with trafficking creative assets, timelines and approvals for marketing campaigns

  • Support Walmart Connect and paid media initiatives through campaign setup, asset organization and reporting coordination

  • Collaborate with Creative Services and editorial teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule

  • Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers and marketing documentation

Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Assist with monthly marketing reporting and recap materials for internal and client-facing use

  • Compile campaign performance metrics across print, digital, social and commerce initiatives

  • Maintain spreadsheets and reporting dashboards to track marketing activity and campaign delivery

  • Support organization of presentations, marketing recaps and status updates

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews for newsletters, social posts and marketing content

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams like revenue operations, research & insights, account strategy and production teams to support campaign execution

  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track

  • Support ongoing process improvements and documentation for marketing operations

  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussions

Hybrid 3x a week- (Des Moines, Iowa)

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

The Brand Development department supports licensing functions across People Inc.'s brands. Our work includes product licensing, asset licensing, international media and branded services and experiences.

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related field preferred

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of marketing, media, advertising, retail or internship experience

  • Experience supporting cross-functional marketing campaigns preferred

  • Internship experience in publishing, media, retail or agency environments considered a plus

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively

  • Familiarity with social media, digital marketing and content marketing

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

  • Experience with Airtable, project management tools or reporting platforms is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
