About the Opportunity

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual passionate about bringing visual concepts to life? We are seeking a key contributor to support the creative and visual merchandising teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring that products are presented flawlessly, directly impacting brand perception and customer engagement on a global scale. You will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless flow of product samples, supporting studio operations, and contributing to dynamic seasonal projects that bring compelling visual stories to life.

What You'll Do

• Manage and organize seasonal product samples, ensuring they are readily available for creative and visual merchandising teams.
• Track sample arrivals meticulously, maintain accurate records, and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets, optimizing for accessibility and organization to support efficient workflow.
• Support studio set preparation, contributing to an inspiring and functional environment, and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
• Assist with dynamic seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in close collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
• Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines, directly contributing to team goals and project success.
• Support the creative process by assisting with photographing the studio, capturing essential visual content.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong organizational and planning skills, coupled with a proactive and meticulous detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
• Proficiency in Excel and email, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A strong sense of accountability and exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and record-keeping.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio operations, or sample management.
