JOB DESCRIPTION
Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process at a plant
-Determining problems in manufacturing that create production issues and find and implement solutions for those problems
- Perform cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes
-Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
-Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products.
-Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
-Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
-Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.

Must Have
* Technical Baby Care Premium Knowledge and Loss Elimination
* Premium product quality Knowledge
* Digital manufacturing tools (Veeva, BadBoih, SAP, Qview, Augury).
* Self motivated individual, strong organizational and priority setting skills.
* Strong communication & training skills. Ability to communicate effectively across functions
