Dining Commons Job Summary
Maintains a clean dishroom, properly washes, sanitizes and sorts soiled dishware and restocks dish areas. Oversee the setup and breakdown of dish room equipment and replacement of all soaps, chemicals, and cleaning products. Keep the dish room organized, free of clutter and maintain equipment and work areas to the Department of Health and ServSafe Standards. Responsibilities
