As a Security Officer Courtesy Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance and/or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and communicate with residents, management, and/or first responders regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
