Job Summary:
This position entails the oversight of staff members in the clinic; including, Nurses, Medical Assistants, andPatient Care Techs. The position works closely with the physicians/providers of the practice to overseeoperations connected with these areas and manages resources and issues accordingly. This position also
works closely with other departments to provide for the seamless care of the patient and general operationalneeds of Baptist Health.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state/s of practice location.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least two years of experience or, Associates of Science in Nursing with at least five years of experience

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience is preferred.

• Basic Life Saving (BLS) recognized by the American Heart Association.
