Position Title: Email Marketing Associate Position Classification: Regular; Exempt; Full-time Reports to: Associate Director of Digital Marketing (First 6-months, then to Email Marketing Manager) Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or a hybrid of these two options. Position Overview: The Email Marketing Associate manages the day-to-day aspects of the email marketing program within the digital team in order to increase engagement with the Partners In Health (PIH) mission and response among non-donor supporters as well as donors. The Associate works under the direction of the Email Marketing Manager to align fundraising and cultivation efforts. The Associate will develop, draft, and execute mass market email communication and related digital pieces for advocacy, new donor acquisition, and ongoing cultivation and fundraising efforts. They report back on campaigns and test results with recommendations for improvements going forward as well as overall list health. Additionally, they will plan, build, and manage email and larger marketing automations in partnership with the email marketing manager. Responsibilities and Deliverables

The starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $70,040 and $74,160/year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including functional experience and job-related experience.
