Office of Human Resources Job Description
The University of Missouri seeks to hire a dynamic recruitment and HR professional to support the Office of Human Resources' efforts to develop and deliver effective recruitment and retention services for the University of Missouri. The successful candidate will foster and maintain positive relationships with HR stakeholders, hiring managers, candidates and the community while providing leadership for recruitment operations, staff full-cycle recruitment, and key HR projects that support effective hiring and appointment practices across the university. This Associate Director of Recruitment will lead the recruitment operations function and support the full-cycle recruitment team in delivering efficient, effective outcomes in recruiting, onboarding and related HR services. Reporting to the Senior Director for the Recruitment Center of Expertise (COE), the Associate Director of Recruitment will work closely with recruiters, HR partners and external vendors to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes, support consistent recruitment operations practices, and contribute as a functioning recruiter for a manageable portfolio of work. As the Associate Director of Recruitment, the successful candidate will partner with internal constituents across the campus and larger University of Missouri System to understand strategic objectives and develop recruitment strategies that meet current and future staffing needs. The individual will also provide day-to-day leadership for recruitment operations, supervise recruitment staff, and guide process improvement efforts that support consistency, service quality and compliance. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $85,000 - 105,000 annually, commensurate to experience and education. Application Materials
