BMC Software is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Manager, Early Careers & Accelerate Sales Program to build and scale our global early-career talent ecosystem within the Sales organization.
You will lead the strategy, programs, partnerships, and talent communities that attract, develop, and convert future sales talent into long-term BMC employees.
The successful candidate will own BMC's early careers strategy across university partnerships, internship programs, graduate talent initiatives, employer branding, and early-career sales development. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Sales Leadership, HR, and Marketing, they will build on a scalable framework that strengthens BMC's presence within university communities and builds sustainable talent pipelines aligned to business growth objectives.
This role serves as the primary connector between BMC and the external early-career talent market, acting as a visible ambassador for the company while partnering with Talent Acquisition teams on hiring execution. Success will be measured through the strength of university partnerships, growth of early-career talent communities, intern conversion rates, employer brand awareness, and the long-term progression of early-career hires. The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
