Pay Rate: $49.15 per hour

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in laboratory operations, server support, storage systems, or engineering environments
• Knowledge of server architecture, storage platforms, structured cabling, and enterprise hardware
• Experience using diagnostic and test equipment for hardware analysis and validation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing R&D environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting R&D, engineering, or software development labs
• Knowledge of network security policies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with enterprise hardware platforms such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, or NetApp

Job Duties

• Install, configure, cable, maintain, and decommission servers, storage systems, and laboratory equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and hardware troubleshooting
• Support laboratory planning, equipment deployment, inventory management, and asset lifecycle tracking
• Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to ensure successful hardware integration and issue resolution
• Develop and execute hardware configuration and validation support activities
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineering and R&D users
• Follow established operating procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
