Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required Active license to practice law in the United States (Texas preferred) Minimum 5 years of legal experience focused on contract review, compliance, and employment law Previous experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environment required Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, and corporate compliance Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Job Duties: Provide day-to-day legal support to business operations with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance Review, draft, negotiate, and revise commercial contracts, including master supply agreements, NDAs, and tax equity documents Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and document control processes Monitor company operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Advise on employment law matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations Support litigation matters by preparing documentation, organizing case files, and coordinating with outside counsel Conduct legal research and prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations for internal stakeholders Maintain organized legal records, contracts, and compliance documentation Coordinate with external legal counsel and support corporate compliance initiatives and policy development Perform additional legal and compliance duties as assigned More Than Just a Paycheck.
