Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Systems Integrator, to support a dynamic Talent Development organization within a high-visibility customer environment. This position serves as a key integrator across multiple organizational initiatives by coordinating training and workforce development efforts, supporting knowledge management, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and assisting leadership with planning, reporting, and program execution.

The successful candidate will serve as the organizational hub for training coordination, workforce development initiatives, student intern programs, mentoring activities, outreach efforts, and executive-level program support while ensuring consistency, collaboration, and operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

    Coordinate project integration activities across multiple Talent Development initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and mission objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise knowledge management repositories supporting organizational training, workforce development, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate curriculum management activities by maintaining training roadmaps, learning pathways, process documentation, reference materials, and training schedules for multiple organizational talent areas.
  • Partner with organizational leadership, Talent Area Leads, and Course Directors to identify current and future training requirements and continuously enhance learning programs.
  • Analyze course evaluations and student feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to curriculum content and delivery.
  • Develop programmatic roadmaps, process flows, placemats, visual management products, and executive-level briefing materials.
  • Maintain employee training records, course inventories, training budgets, and associated training resources.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation materials, and new employee integration efforts.
  • Support organizational knowledge management initiatives by facilitating lessons learned sessions, process improvement workshops, and content standardization efforts.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting outcomes, track action items, and monitor follow-up activities.
  • Develop and maintain executive reporting products, including quarterly program updates, dashboards, quad charts, and other leadership briefings.
  • Maintain collaboration environments including Confluence, SharePoint, and other knowledge repositories.

Student Intern Program Support

  • Coordinate all aspects of the student internship program from onboarding through program completion.
  • Develop and maintain Confluence sites and reference materials supporting intern onboarding and daily operations.
  • Prepare student biographies and coordinate executive meet-and-greet sessions.
  • Plan and execute student appreciation events and engagement activities.
  • Mentor and assist interns in developing end-of-tour presentations that effectively communicate their accomplishments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate student capstone presentations and demonstrations.

Mentoring and Workforce Development

  • Support organizational mentoring and shadowing programs through scheduling, documentation, site development, and program coordination.
  • Assist leadership with mentorship initiatives, workforce development planning, and hiring support activities.
  • Coordinate collaboration sessions with mission centers and organizational partners to identify future partnership opportunities and workforce development initiatives.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience; or Ph.D. with 7 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the Customer in a directly related environment
  • Experience supporting program management, workforce development, organizational integration, or knowledge management initiatives
  • Experience supporting senior executive leadership in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse organizations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, OneNote, and collaboration technologies

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting organizational training or learning and development programs
  • Experience planning and coordinating customer events, workshops, or conferences
  • Experience drafting executive correspondence, communications, meeting minutes, and leadership briefing materials
  • Experience facilitating meetings, developing agendas, and tracking organizational action items
  • Experience working across multiple organizational elements to coordinate initiatives and improve collaboration
  • Familiarity with knowledge management principles, continuous process improvement, and organizational change initiatives

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
