What to Expect We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at Tesla. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems, programming, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on maintaining and optimizing advanced manufacturing equipment. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting and continuous improvement of equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability. What You'll Do Provide daily coverage of production line processes for smooth operations, responding promptly to out-of-control processes to minimize costs and maximize productivity Analyze data to identify trends and implement countermeasures to enhance process Cpk and product yield Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues and implement upgrades Utilize programming skills to update and modify control systems for enhanced functionality Support engineering and manufacturing by improving and drafting manufacturing instructions, technical documents, and drawings.
