KPMG is currently seeking a M&A Associate - Project Management to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the central operational hub for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Tax go-to-market initiatives, with a primary focus on the successful scaling of the GenAI Research Assistant for Navigating Tax (GRANT) tool and other GenAI tools developed by the M&A Tax practice
  • Manage the execution of go-to-market strategy, including identifying and qualifying potential clients, coordinating demonstrations, and managing a high-volume client opportunity pipeline
  • Act as the primary project manager for the entire client onboarding process, from initial approval and contracting to final implementation, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Maintain a master tracking system to monitor client progress and provide leadership with visibility on key performance indicators for technology adoption
  • Manage client relationships and communications, including follow-ups, regular check-ins, and feedback requests to drive client satisfaction and program improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Lead Tax Partners and support teams, to ensure the efficient and successful commercialization of M&A Tax technology
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in a role focused on project management, business development, or account management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or pipeline management software (for example, Salesforce) is highly desired
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, including onboarding, and supporting a portfolio of accounts or a pipeline of opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills with the ability to work effectively with team members, project sponsors, and senior management
