About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly contribute to a revolutionary healthcare system. You will be at the heart of operations, ensuring the precise and rapid distribution of critical medications to patients nationwide. This isn't just about processing orders; it's about being a vital link in a sophisticated, tech-driven process that elevates patient care and accessibility, leveraging state-of-the-art robotics to achieve unparalleled accuracy and speed. Your daily contributions will have a profound and positive impact, ensuring individuals receive the medications they need, exactly when they need them.

Key Responsibilities



  • Process new patient registrations, manage refill requests, accurately interpret medical abbreviations, and resolve data entry discrepancies.
  • Operate automated machinery, meticulously sort medications, count and fill prescriptions, apply labels, and prepare orders for packing and shipping, all while upholding stringent quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve rejected insurance claims by reviewing, correcting, and resubmitting information in accordance with plan requirements.
  • Provide support to on-site and remote pharmacists, escalate complex issues to senior staff, and contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of machinery to ensure an organized and efficient workspace.


Work Schedules



  • Sunday-Tuesday, and Friday, 3:30 pm-1:30 am
  • Sunday-Wednesday, 3:30 pm-1:30 am
  • Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 pm-6:00 am


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Must hold an active pharmacy technician license.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Intermediate keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing).
  • Basic PC and web browser skills (navigating programs, online forms, and search engines).
  • Ability to push, pull, grasp, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work a flexible shift.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Active pharmacy technician certification.
  • At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail, fulfillment, or call center environment.
  • Prior customer service or healthcare platform experience.
